NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the next <br />document is a Funding Memorandum <br />document. She requested the <br />Commission's authorization to sign the <br />Funding Memorandum at the closing. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />authorized the Attorney to sign the <br />Funding Memorandum document at the <br />closing. <br />Ms. Schwartz complimented Ms. Bruneel <br />on all the hard work she has done on this <br />proj ect. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that at the January 2, <br />1998, meeting, she passed out a list of <br />Redevelopment's 1997 accomplishments. A <br />question was raised at that meeting pertaining <br />to the total investment amount reported for <br />1997. The amount that was reported didn't <br />include the Bowne Printing Company and the <br />new Holy Cross development in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. The report has <br />been updated. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the report has been <br />revised to show that in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area there was 517,486 sf of <br />new development and new private investment <br />of $36,779,533,000 in 1997.
