NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the Memorial <br />Health Plex Public Plaza Easement is <br />essentially for ingress and egress across <br />the plaza serving as an access to the <br />building. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Memorial <br />Heath Plex Public Plaza Easement for <br />Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Inc. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that it is stated in the <br />Amended and Restated Development <br />Agreement, relative to the Signage and <br />Public Art Easement, that the <br />Commission agreed along with each of <br />the parties that this easement is subject to <br />further approval as to the exact location <br />of the signage and public art on the plaza <br />and will be subject to design review. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Signage <br />and Public Art Easement subject to <br />design review and determination of the <br />exact location of the Signage and Public <br />Art on the Plaza for Memorial Hospital of <br />South Bend, Inc. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the Elevator <br />Easement is for the construction of a <br />couple of elevators that will extend <br />through the building pad to the basement <br />to service the garage. <br />F:\ HOME \CPHWPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\012398.MIN -12- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE MEMORIAL HEATH <br />PLEX PUBLIC PLAZA EASEMENT FOR MEMORIAL <br />HOSPITAL OF SOUTH BEND, INC. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE SIGNAGE AND <br />PUBLIC ART EASEMENT SUBJECT TO DESIGN <br />REVIEW AND DETERMINATION OF THE EXACT <br />LOCATION OF THE SIGNAGE AND PUBLIC ART ON <br />THE PLAZA FOR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INC. <br />
