NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />states the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate $1,295,000.00 to pay certain <br />expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements. It also sets a public <br />hearing on the resolution for 10:00 a.m., <br />on January 16, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission amended Resolution No. <br />1566 by inserting "its intent" after the <br />word "determining" in both the title and <br />Section 1 of the resolution. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1566, as amended, determining its intent <br />to pay certain expenses incurred for local <br />public improvements in or serving the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />(Allocation Area No. 1) from the Airport <br />Economic Development Area (Allocation <br />Area No. 1) Special Fund. <br />e.
