NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />states the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate $1,575,000 to pay expenses <br />incurred for local public improvements. It <br />also sets a public hearing on the resolution <br />for 10:00 a.m., on January 16, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission amended Resolution <br />No. 1564 by inserting "its intent" after the <br />word "determining" in both the title and <br />Section 1 of the resolution. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1564, as amended, determining its intent <br />to pay certain expenses incurred for local <br />public improvements in or serving the <br />Sample -Ewing Allocation Area (South <br />Bend Allocation Area No. 8) from the <br />Sample -Ewing Allocation Area (South <br />Bend Allocation Area No. 8) Special <br />Fund. <br />c.
