There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Robert W. Hunt was elected <br />President for 1998. <br />VICE - PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Hunt nominated Mr. Donoho to serve as <br />Vice - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Donoho was elected Vice - <br />President for 1998. <br />SECRETARY <br />Ms. Schwartz nominated Ms. Paula N. <br />Auburn to serve as Secretary of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. There <br />were no further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Ms. Paula N. Auburn was <br />elected Secretary for 1998. <br />Mr. Hunt assumed the chair. <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1561 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR <br />1998 AND APPOINTMENT OF STAFF. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that Resolution No. 1561 <br />sets the maximum salaries for the <br />Redevelopment staff, and appoints the staff. <br />Not everyone has received the maximum <br />salary and not every job classification is <br />filled.
