South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting - December 19, 1997
6. The third building on the site is
what is known as Barb's Restaurant, a
very small footprint of about 1,500 sf, four
stories, presently vacant and substandard.
The staff believes that even with adaptive
F:\ HOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\121997.MIN -29-
