Mrs. Kolata asked if <br />the total rounds for 1997 have been <br />projected. Mr. Zaleski responded that the <br />total rounds for 1997 is approximately <br />30,000. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the 1998 fees <br />for Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />10:00 a.m. <br />p. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1557. <br />Mrs. Kolata announced that it was now <br />10:00 a.m. and the public hearing could <br />begin. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: Affidavits from <br />Richard J. Andrysiak, Classified Manager <br />of the Tri- County News and Carol Smith, <br />Advertising Manager of the South Bend <br />Tribune that the Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in those newspapers on <br />December 5, 1997. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1557 adopts the budget for Blackthorn <br />Golf Course for 1998 for the fiscal and <br />calendar year. The budget was constructed <br />based on the 1998 fees for the Blackthorn <br />Golf Course.
