NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued.... <br />Ewing Development Area, and Airport <br />Economic Development Area (excluding <br />the Blackthorn Corporate Park and <br />excluding any downtown retail space). <br />Ms. Schwartz abstained. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Stone Real Estate Group to provide Real <br />Estate Marketing Services in the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park. Ms. Schwartz <br />abstained. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for fencing at 701 E. <br />Pennsylvania in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this is the old <br />Wenger Homestead property and it has <br />been boarded up. When the property was <br />acquired, there was part of a chain link <br />fence surrounding it but it was in poor <br />condition. The staff recommended having <br />a temporary chain link fence constructed at <br />701 E. Pennsylvania to protect the <br />property. <br />Two proposals were received. The first <br />proposal received is from Cal -Pro in the <br />amount of $625 and the second proposal <br />received is from Schuell Fence in the <br />amount of $1,856.
