Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 239 Laporte. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this Certificate <br />of Waiver forgives $1,400 as of May 1, <br />1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 239 Laporte.
