The last <br />proposal received is from Ralph Lauver to <br />appraise the abandoned railroad right -of- <br />way for a fee of $1,350 and the Hamilton <br />Towing storage lot for a fee of $2,900. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposals from R.E. McCloskey, Rick <br />Pitts and Ralph Lauver. Mrs. Kolata noted <br />two appraisals are needed on each of these <br />properties. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposals <br />from R. E. McCloskey, Rick Pitts and <br />Ralph Lauver for acquisition appraisal <br />services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for environmental services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that two proposals <br />were received from EIS for Phase I <br />Environmental Assessments. The first <br />proposal is for a Phase I Environmental <br />Assessment of the former railroad right -of- <br />way mentioned above for an estimated fee <br />of $1,800. However, EIS stated in their <br />Phase I Environmental Assessment <br />proposal that they be compensated for the <br />exact time spent and expenses. The <br />second proposal received from EIS is for a <br />Phase I Environmental Assessment of the <br />F:\HOME\CPHEPPS\WPDATA\COMMSM120597.MIN -10- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSALS FROM R. <br />E.
