Resolution 18-03 and window rubric <br />Administrator Feasel gave an update on the window rubric and HPC (DCI)'s progress on this <br />initiative. <br />B. Update on properties with outstanding violations <br />1. Birdsell Mansion <br />a. The original windows were approved for rehabilitation as an RME that expired <br />6/20/2017, and the windows have been missing since that time. <br />b. The property has been ticketed: <br />i. $500 — 7/25/2018 <br />ii. $750 — 8/28/2018 <br />c. Code Enforcement issued a `Board and Secure' the second week of September. <br />The building is now secure on the ground floor. <br />d. Commissioner Gordon had requested a memo to Department of Community <br />Investment Department Head James Mueller. <br />2. 315 Madison <br />a. COA is expired. <br />b. Work is compliant with COA. <br />3. 417 Madison <br />a. Bank -owned, vacant and abandoned. <br />b. The bank is soliciting contractors for the work that needs to be executed, but we <br />have had no success yet. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT i <br />Commissioner Bonham made a motion to adjourn.
