Commissioner Gordon made a motion to approve COA #2018-0911A with the following conditions: 1) to remand to staff approval the (format of the) railing on the outside stairs, 2) to remand to staff the approval of the windows per Staff recommendation (or return to Commission review), 3) NOT approve the replacement of the mastic siding with vinyl on the south side dormer and require it to match remaining. Seconded by Commissioner Canada. Five in favor, none opposed. Vote: 5 — 0 Motion to approve COA#2018-0911A is passed with conditions. IV. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR V. REGULAR BUSINESS A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. July 16', 2018 2. August 20t", 2018 Commission Bonham made a motion to approve as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Gordon. Three in favor, two opposed. Vote: 3 — 2. Minutes approved as submitted. Legal Counsel Kennedy advised the Commission that they should rescind their motion so as to allow sufficient time for the minutes to be reviewed by the Secretary and others. Commissioner Gelfinan called for a vote to rescind the motion. Five in favor, none opposed. Vote: 5 — 0. Motion is to rescind the previous vote passes. Legal Counsel Kennedy expressed that the minutes should be submitted to the Secretary and the Assistant Secretary as a corporate rule. B. STAFF REPORTS 1. RME Report — Distributed. Commissioner Gordon asked for clarification on the School Field Routine Maintenance Exclusion. D. COMMITTEE REPORTS 1. DISPOSITION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ASSETS Commissioner Fisher expressed concern as to who the contact at The History Museum would be. Staff expressed that they would investigate and follow up to facilitate the next meeting of the Committee. VI. OLD BUSINESS • 1. Commissioner Gordon inquired as the Inspector Szaday's compensation. Administrator Feasel explained Inspector Szaday's status as a part-time employee of Code Enforcement as HPC's inspector. 21
