Proposal <br />The proposal is two demolish the unsafe, non -salvageable barn and rebuild in like fashion, using not <br />only wood elements for similar exterior, but reusing existing vintage timbers on the property from the <br />old barn. As well, we have been discussing with Mr. Toering, the repurposing of windows previously <br />donated to HPC if originals are not salvageable. The proposal also includes the professional <br />recommendation of separating the buildings by 2-3' so they don't threaten each other with water run- <br />off and snow accumulation.
