You are hereby directed to correct this condition by performing the following: <br />• Keep all children away from all deteriorated paint. <br />• • Have the lead hazards identified in the risk assessment corrected within 60 days of the date of this <br />letter. <br />• Have the Health Department complete a visual inspection and clearance examination of the property <br />within 10 days of completing the corrective action. <br />• Contact the Health Department about your corrective action plans within 7 days of the date of this <br />letter. <br />Failure to complete the required activities by the assigned completion date would be a violation of the laws <br />identified above and may subject you to legal action which may result in penalties and other actions. Please <br />be advised that the Indiana Attorney General will prosecute property owners who ignore the orders of the <br />Health Department and continue to put children's health at risk. <br />You may not have been aware of the seriousness of this issue.
