PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
Joe Molnar, 1430 Longfellow Avenue — Corby Hall — "That was pretty frustrating, hearing
that it will be torn down, given about a one-month notice. I just, I want to say, if it wasn't
Notre Dame, there'd be other things going on. It's the third oldest structure on Notre Dame's
campus — it's a 19t' Century building in seemingly decent shape, in my not scientific opinion.
I just want to bring that announcement to the Commission."
Commission discussion clarified that the structure is in the County, and that Notre Dame is not
an incorporated municipality. Staff clarified the details of the landmarking process in the
unincorporated areas of St. Joseph County.
V. REGULAR BUSINESS
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1.
