.7 <br />• <br />1 May 2018 <br />Ms. Greta Fisher <br />CITY OF SOUTHBEND <br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Greta, <br />It is my pleasure to inform you that the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. Joseph <br />County unanimously appointed you as its Architectural Historian effective immediately. You are being <br />appointed to complete the three-year term of the most recent Architectural Historian. That term <br />expires on July 1, 2018. Before that date you may request re -appointment in writing, and on another <br />vote by Commission members, you may be reappointed for a full three-year term. <br />Regular meetings are held at 5:30 pm, each third Monday, at the County — City Building, in the 13th floor <br />conference room. The May meeting date is being rescheduled and I will let you know the date. Future <br />meeting dates in 2018 are: June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19, <br />December 17. <br />Thank you for your willingness to serve.
