NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued.... <br />No. 1349 and expanding the boundaries <br />of the Airport Economic Development <br />Area, expanding the Allocation Area for <br />purposes of Tax Increment Financing <br />and amending the Airport Economic <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1545 making certain technical <br />corrections to Resolution No. 1349 and <br />expanding the boundaries of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area, expanding <br />the Allocation Area for purposes of Tax <br />Increment Financing and amending the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />c. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1547. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: Affidavits from <br />Richard J. Andrysiak, Classified Manager <br />for the Tri- County News and Carol Smith, <br />Advertising Director of the South Bend <br />Tribune that the Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in those newspapers on <br />November 7, 1997; a memorandum from <br />Amy Tweeten stating that a copy of the <br />Notice of Public Hearing was sent on <br />November 7, 1997, to the affected <br />property owners and registered <br />Neighborhood Associations.
