NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />from Frank J. Fanin, Jr. and Carmel L. <br />Fanin in the amount of $52,000 for the <br />total acquistion/relocation costs for <br />property located at 701 E. Keasey. This is <br />a lump sum payment for both acquisition <br />and relocation. It includes all relocation <br />payments that they would be eligible to <br />receive. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />amendment to proposals for appraisal <br />services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that two proposals were <br />received from Richard McCloskey and <br />Ralph Lauver for appraisal of the <br />properties located in the 1100 Block of <br />South Michigan. The vacant lot located <br />on South Michigan Street owned by Mr. & <br />Mrs. Gorny has been determined to be part <br />of their adjacent piece of property. This <br />requires a more detailed appraisal as it <br />must be considered a "partial take." <br />Richard McCloskey proposes to appraise <br />this piece of property for a fee of $3,000. <br />Ralph Lauver proposes to appraise the <br />piece of property for a fee of $4,100.
