Got approved RME <br />Code Hearings: <br />621-623 Rex -(4h time for this property) Environmental (debris in yard) lack of progress <br />on structure -end of June deadline or civil penalty. Update: $2000 penalty imposed. <br />655 River -all issues completed by owner <br />705 Leland -cleaned by owner <br />805 Leland -demolition affirmed $5000 civil penalty imposed <br />516 S Michigan -$2000 civil penalty imposed <br />530 S St Joseph -Repaired and cleaned by owner <br />315 W Madison -demolition affirmed but rescinded with performance bond <br />We had 45 folks join us for the July First Friday West Washington Tour. <br />14 environmental reviews for rapid rehousing or demolitions since last meeting. <br />Steve Szaday <br />Preservation Specialist <br />
