Feasibility Study <br />Marquette Primary Center --Option 132 <br />Renovation 1 Addition to existing Facility - 500 Student Capacity <br />Four Section K - 4 <br />In Option B2 total 91,500 SF and overlays present day Educational <br />Space Guidelines used in the layouts of Options A2 -- A4 onto the <br />existing building. Through additions and rearrangement of existing <br />uses, this plan brings the 1936, 1948 and 1953 structures up to <br />present day standards. The additions are located where this work <br />can occur during occupancy. <br />Key areas of the existing school that are undersized: <br />1. Administration and Student services <br />2. Food Service <br />3. Media center/ Library <br />4. Gymnasium <br />By adding a new gym and kitchen area to the North of the existing <br />stage, we opened up existing areas to be reconfigured and improve <br />circulation at the same time.
