Page 2 of 2 <br />As President of the East Wayne Street Local Historic District, I request <br />that The Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & St. Joseph County <br />use whatever resources deemed appropriate in assisting residents of the <br />East Wayne Street Local Historic District prevent future basement floods. <br />In particular, assistance with convincing the City of South Bend to assume <br />responsibility for solving the problem is requested.
