Silo cap <br />Karen and I stand as optimistically as possible, but on shaky ground that is respectfully managed by <br />your process and good graces. We have an outlook that truly is in line with what the Historic <br />Preservation Commission would look for in the ideal property owner — a family who desires to respect, <br />maintain and uphold the venerable nature of a historic home, and to be an example to others in right <br />ways of handling this special responsibility. <br />Let me begin... <br />
