Remove Hemlock planted in close proximity to house. All approved per City Forester. Trees and major landscaping elements that must be removed for one reason or another should be immediately replace by suitable flora. 212 E South 2016-0823A Replacing exterior wood siding as needed, in-kind. Clean exterior of building. Scraping paint off walls, windows, doors. Tuck pointing existing brick foundation and replaced face brick, in-kind. Repaint existing house with two coats. Repair gutters, in-kind. Remove non-original lean-to/carport. Haul all debris off-site. 975 Riverside 2016-0824 Remove dead Norway Maple located in front yard, per City Arborist. Trees and plant Drive materials that must be removed should be immediately replaced by suitable flora. 609 Rex 2016-0825 Demolish garage, fence, and jungle gym as approved with COA#2016-0727. All debris to be removed from property. Clean up of vegetation including trimming of trees. No trees to be removed without COA. 511 W Colfax 2016-0825A Repair five original wood double hung windows in second story south and third stor south. All work In-Kind. 817 Leland 2016-0829 Replace deteriorated front porch. New framing. New roof, Owens Corning Berkshire asphalt shingles. Porch deck, pine tongue and groove. Porch ceiling, pine tongue and groove. Replace 5 non-original porch supports with 3 new wood colonial columns with Tuscan Cap and Doric Base. New railing with square balusters to replicate original, low height railing - see survey card. Install 4 new 32"x16" vinyl basement windows, replacing non-original glass block windows on north and south sides.
