Bicentennial: <br />Geocache tasks; ALL -IN Block Party tasks; Playing Cards tasks. Update Minimum Maintenance Standards survey <br />templates. Review Building South Bend spreadsheet, edits. Follow up on emails. Prepare for and attend <br />Common Council meeting re: 803 W Washington rezoning and 151 reading for local landmark designation. <br />Process Millie's National Trust's 11 Most Endangered paperwork, forward to Bill Shalliol. <br />06.14 Bicentennial: Playing Card tasks; Geocache tasks; ALL -IN Block Party tasks; scheduling Wednesday assignments <br />for Rachel. Edit Millie's 11 Most Endangered narrative. Attend The History Museum's Walking Through History <br />tour of the 100 Block of Main Street. <br />06.15 Attend New Avenues Supervisor Training workshop at SJC Highway Department. Work w/ Rachel. Bicentennial: <br />Geocache tasks including assemble SWAG TAGS; Playing Card edits; ALL -IN Block Party tasks; prepare order for <br />wholesale items on behalf of County Commissioners and correspondence w/ Scott in Purchasing and Steering <br />Committee. Visit St. Paul's Memorial United Methodist Church as they begin an archeological investigation in <br />the basement on a bricked up opening to a possible tunnel. Final edits and submission of 11 Most Endangered. <br />Budget reconciliation. <br />06.16 Work w/ Millie. Assisting w/ Minimum Maintenance Standards forms. Lakeville at HPC to research about <br />buildings in town for an Eagle Scout project to create shadow boxes for downtown. Bicentennial: Prepare for <br />and attend ALL -IN Block Party planning meeting, follow up tasks; finalize and place order for wholesale items. <br />Budget reconciliation and work on 2017 budget paperwork. 806 Leland potential landmark correspondence and <br />paperwork. <br />06.17 Bicentennial: Travel with Lou Sabo to New Carlisle to pick up exhibit, deliver to HPC for maintenance before <br />heading to next site; Playing Cards printing final draft and forwarding copies to three editors for review, <br />correspondence with Rink Printing. Meeting with Grant Director Kelly about upcoming grants. <br />Work on 2017 budget paperwork. <br />06.20 Work w/ Rachel. Finalize and submit 2017 budget paperwork to Auditor's Office. Working on a security concern <br />from a neighbor of 803 W Washington, particularly during the upcoming July 16 ALL -IN Block Party. Prepare for <br />HPC meeting and set up w/ Deb, attend meeting. Email to Kevin Fink of South Bend Public Works re: Lampost <br />Lighting Project as it relates to Historic Districts. Correspondence w/ Evie Kirkwood re: Studebaker Heritage Trail <br />signage missing. Correspondence w/ Randy from Code re: 609 Rex, 315 Madison, 115 Lafayette, and 803 W <br />Washington, follow up tasks. Bicentennial: Correspondence w/ Sharon from County Commissioners office about <br />what they need organized for the 4H Fair. <br />06.21 Work on HPC PowerPoint presentation to Common and County Councils. Redistributing and renaming former <br />director's desktop files. Bicentennial: Correspondence w/ Jim Lopez and Jim Caldwell about the fair; <br />correspondence w/ Kristi at THM re: exhibit installation. Correspondence w/ Kevin Fink of City Engineering re: <br />lamppost installation program. Follow up w/ Ashley Pawlowski re: link to EWS guidebook and clarification on <br />RMEs. <br />06.22 Work w/ Rachel.
