Discussion regarding Building <br />South Bend: Past, Present, & Future session approvals. <br />4. Deputy Director — None. <br />5. Preservation Specialist — Distributed. Discussion regarding Studebaker Electric <br />Fountain project with The History Museum. <br />6. Legal Counsel—None. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. President — Distributed in the form of committee assignments for 2016. Day-to-day <br />reporting will be rolled into next month. <br />2. Legal Affairs —None. <br />3. Indiana Bicentennial — Update by Elizabeth Hertel with credit to Elicia Feasel for the <br />amount of work she has been putting in. Update by Elicia Feasel regarding projects and <br />funding insecurities. Discussion regarding amount of time being spent by staff in <br />relationship to the current understaffed status. <br />4. Deputy Director Search — County Human Resources has the opening posted. <br />Commissioner Anderson offered to expand the search. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS —None. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS — <br />A. 803 West Washington — On a motion by Tim Klusczinski with a second by Tom Gordon that <br />the Commission endorses the search for Local Landmark qualifications relevant to the Kizer <br />property as proposed by Mr. Zeiger and Indiana Landmarks. Vote: 6 — 0. Discussion. <br />Commissioner Anderson offered to assist Staff and property owner to compile this study. <br />VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS — <br />A. Southhold Preservation Awards — Discussion. <br />B. 115 South Lafayette Blvd. — Discussion. <br />C. Grant— Signature request. <br />D. Enforcement — Discussion. <br />VIII.
