Wayne St. S. in South Bend, IN. Floor: The existing concrete will be prepped and 6X24 ceramic tile will be installed. Ceramic tile will be grouted and receive one coat of grout sealer. Ceilinz. The existing beat board will be removed and R -30 insulation will be installed. A new beat board will be installed on the ceiling. Walls: Existing window will be taken out and a new wooden interior French door with glass will be installed in the place of the window. All screens will be removed and 2X4 walls will be framed with a treated bottom plate. %2 inch OSB sheeting will be nailed on the outside and covered with house wrap vapor barrier.) The pillar will be partially exposed; each section between pillars will be framed in for three (3) windows Winches tall. The wall facing the backyard will have three (3) windows. Under the window close to the house we will install an AC/Heat unit. All walls will be insulated with R -13 insulation. Drywall %2 inch will be screwed to the studs. The brick wall will be covered in drywall as well. All seams will be taped and three (3) coats of drywall mud will be applied on all seams all drywall will be sanded smooth and two (2) coats of paint will be applied (color up to the customer.) Exterior walls will be trimmed out to match the exterior of the mud room. Any loose paint on the existing wood work will be removed and repainted. Electric: We will install six (6) reset lights, four (4) inside outlets and one (1) outside outlet. A dedicated line will be brought up for the AC/Heat unit.
