There will also be parking lot screening provided at this rear parking lot and overall <br />landscape hnprovements, per the attached plans. <br />(c) The strict application of the terms of this Ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of the <br />property: The strict application of this Ordinance would only allow for part of this building to be <br />utsed for the intended office and meeting use.
