Vote: 5 - <br />0 <br />On a motion by Mike Voll with a second by Jennifer Parker to recommend to the full HPC that <br />the Kizer House be approved for second reading. Vote: 5 — 0 <br />Chair to present in his report that the recommendation for second reading be adopted on the basis <br />of historical/cultural significance, educational value, and suitability for preservation as outlined in <br />earlier discussion. <br />Staff to update the format of the report for first reading during the public hearing section of <br />Monday's commission meeting; later on during committee reports the Landmark Committee will <br />give its report, the commission will deliberate over it, and could, in new business, have the <br />opportunity to set second reading in public hearing for the next opportunity, as well as adopting <br />the report in its final format. <br />Motion by Jennifer Parker with a second by Elizabeth Hertel to adjourn.
