C. MISCELLANEOUS <br />President Klusczinski recommended that the Legal Affairs Committee review the job description for the <br />Deputy Director and the contract for the Preservation Specialist at their earliest convenience and that the <br />Commission ratify that directive. Commissioner Gordon moved "for the Legal Affairs Committee to <br />review or possibly revise the job description for the Deputy Director and the contract for the Preservation <br />Specialist as soon as feasible." Seconded by Commissioner Gelfman. All in favor, none opposed. <br />Adopted 7-0 <br />Commissioner Anderson moved to establish a special committee for the Deputy Director search <br />immediately and consisting of the commission as a whole, with a special invitation to Elicia Feasel, <br />second by Commissioner Hertel. No further -discussion. Motion carried 7-0. President Klusczinski made <br />a recommendation that Commissioner Gelfman Chair the Deputy Director Search Committee and she <br />accepted. <br />No further Business regarding Executive Director. Commissioner Gelfman inquired about notification <br />letters. President Klusczinski responded that he would send a letter immediately to Elicia Feasel; <br />informing her that she was officially named as successor and ask for her acceptance. <br />President Klusczinski thanked Chairman Gordon of the Legal Affairs Committee, and Chairwoman <br />Gelfman of the Executive Director Selection Committee for their hard work reviewing and rewriting the <br />job descriptions as well as reviewing the candidates for the position and arriving at a decision in a timely <br />fashion. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Gelf nan made a motion for adjournment, second by Commissioner Hertel. All in favor, <br />none opposed. Motion carried 7-0, adjournment October 26, 2015, 14:44. <br />Elizabet ertei, Secretary <br />
