David did not contact this Office. Steve noted in his report that die barn was disassembled and <br />never placed on a proper foundation which led to its deterioration from excessive moisture and <br />insect damage. <br />23 December Reviewed and commented on the section 106 Coordination for Adams Trail Phase <br />1 B and 1 C and the impact on 14309 Adams, SJC Landmark. This will probably be on die 26 <br />January 2015 Agenda. Routine Office work and Location Report reconcillation. Spoke with Mark <br />Lyons concerning Candy Planck's assertion that 501 River built die shed too close to the property <br />line. Mark did have a voice message from her but he had not responded. He will send an <br />inspector out to verify the setbacks. On site visit to 202 Bartlett; workman repairing front steps <br />handrails. Signed and mailed $2,500.00 grant agreement to Community Foundation. Set up 16 <br />January meeting with Josh for landmarking Civic Theatre. <br />24 December Quiet day. Checked out 307 LaMonte for building permits and both COA and <br />permit posted in windows. Garage wrapped in TYVEK and work was happening on the interior. <br />Also, 202 Bartlett was having interior work done. Railing repair completed. <br />25-26 December Office Closed for Christmas. <br />29-31 December Wrap up 2014 with reports and turn in December fees. HPC received a <br />matching grant for the Architecutre and Urbanism project of $2,500. From the Community <br />Foundation. Accepted a speaking invitation for February 9 to the League of Women Voters. <br />Worked with Elicia and Jennifer Parker on Hotel Motel grant application for die Architecture and <br />Urbanism project. <br />1-2 January 2015 Office Closed for New Years. <br />5-6 January Touched base with Todd Zeiger concerning easement on Kizer House and <br />also Mark Telloyan; added Easement to 26 January Agenda. Worked with Bill Laimie <br />concerning die removal and replacement of trees in his year located in the East Wayne District. <br />Located sources for curved glass for Eric Horvath who woner the Morey House and the Queen <br />Anne Inn. <br />7 January Reconciled 2014 Location Reports to our Office Records; submitted carry forward <br />letter for 4103 Special Gifts to Kathy Sobecki. Prepared year end financial reports for Botanical <br />Society and e-mailed to Board and Phil St. Claire. <br />8 January Researched Commerce Center and East Bank for Julianne Jankowski. Scanned <br />and e-mailed information to her. Worked with Elicia to create die Hotel Motel grant pdf for <br />submission to Rob DeCleane. Studied files on City Cemetery. <br />
