22 September Fielded homeowner issues in Edgewater and Taylor's Field. Code was <br />let in by the tenants because of possible mould issues due to the lack of siding in certain areas. <br />The landlord then threw the tenants out. Investigated ownership of 202 Bartlett with County <br />Treasurer's Office and County Recorder after letter from PNC Bank stated that they did not have <br />possession of the property. Obtained copy of Sherrifl's Deed of the sale. Vo Haiyen filed Chapter <br />13 in 2012. His last mailing address was P.O. Box 1123, Notre Dame 46556-1123. Contacted <br />PNC Bank and was told that the Mortgage went to GMAC. GMAC was put out of the mortgage <br />business by the Fed. and the Mortgage went to Ally Bank. <br />23 September Contacted Ally Bank -Central Loan Administration and Reporting. Called <br />855 305 2559 and left message about the deterioration of 202 Bartlett. Received a return call by <br />Aaron Kaminski in Charlotte, N.C.-704 5010365 and he is investigating the matter. He will keep <br />me posted. 601 N. Lafayette has until 1 October to clean up the property and have it inspected. <br />That entire block that faces Memorial's heliport is problematic and difficult to rent or sell. <br />24 September Took Kelly Sanford, St. Joseph County Grant Coordinator, to Rotary <br />luncheon to hear Deputy Mayor, Mark Neal speak.
