30 May Dropped off COA to Gene Forsythe. Compiled fees and turned into Auditor's. General Office work. 2 June COA Deadline for June meeting. Began Staff Reports for COAs. 3june Parks Department Master Plan Focus Group meeting at O'Brien Center. Reconciled Location Report with Office Spread Sheet in Excel. Completed 2 Staff Reports. 4june Worked widijerid Wireman on his COA for additional information that he was asked to provide for the Staff Report but will now bring to the meeting. Arranging to meet with new Director of Sustainability, Theresa Donrau, and her staff, Krista Bailey; also arranging to meet again with Shubhada Kambli. 5June General Office work. 2015 Budget, 6 106 Reveiws Picked up donated windows with E licia and Mike from 1159 Altgeld. 6June Half Day. Nothing appears to have an impact on districts or landmarks. Attended the SL Joseph County Parks Foundation Awards National Register recognition for the Red Barn dinner at St. Pat's Park. HPC was acknowledged for the work on the Nomination. In attendance were Cory Nolan, Rafael Morton both County Councilmen, Tim Sexton from Notre Dame; judge Daniel Manion among other prominent people from the Community. 12 June Verified missing information on the Staff Report for 1307 E. Marion came in upset about the red tape and that he needed a COA and Building Pen -nit for the porch he is constructing. He refused to apply for a COA when I told him that this could not be Staff approved and that the Commissioners would have to approve it. Building Department red tagged the project, and Jason also spoke with Steve Szaday.
