Contacted Javier Aguilas concerning Gumwood/Cleveland project; he responded that he would arrange a meeting with me and that project manager. Responded to e-mail for meeting next Thursday or Friday with John Friedline about converting the JMS Building to apartments. Contacted Paul Diebold and David Duval about any anticipated changes with the federal tax credits for that meeting. 27 December Turned in sales receipts. Routine Office work. Refresher reading on the Secretary of the Interior Standards for adaptive re -use projects. 30 December Responded to inquiry about dilapidated greenhouses at the Conservatories. Routine Office work. Turned in fees for December and closed out the books for 2013.
