4 December Staff Reports. Luncheon meeting with Commissioner Mike Voll and his Uncle <br />George Coquillard concerning the landmarking status of the Redding House. Mr. Coquillard said <br />that no family member ever lived there. Let George know that his wife's pale blue velvet wedding <br />gown was on display at the NICH. Contacted Tim Johnson for information about the doors at 307 <br />La Monte Terrace. He said he would e-mail the information. Arranged for conference call <br />participation at the Troyer Group on Friday, l2 December at 10:00 on the next phase for Granger <br />Paths along Adams Road. Attended Sue Solmos' retirement party. <br />5 December Contacted Tim Johnson about the doors for 307 La Monte. Finished Staff Reports <br />and mailings for the Commission meetings. Tim Johnson sent e-mail on doors after 4:00. Still <br />need information from him as to which style of door is for the front. Sidelights are a different style <br />from originals. Completed the reporting for Admissions at the Conservatories for the BSSB and <br />Phil St. Claire. <br />8 December Participated in die Finance Committee for the NICH. General Office work. <br />Inquiry from homeowner at 1172 LWIJ about funding for roof and volunteer painters from Real <br />Service; referred to DCI's South Bend Home Improvement Program. <br />9 December Contacted Mark Telloyan concerning the 2015 Preservation Specialist Contract. <br />Left e-mail message to Tim Johnson concerning providing additional information about the <br />proposed doors at 307 LaMonte. Reviewed demolition list for properties in historic districts that <br />was being reviewed by Suzanne Stannis. There were only 4 or 5 properties on the list in St. <br />Casimir's National Register District. HPC had already review this list in 2014, some in 2013. <br />Received an e-mail inquiry from Todd Zeiger about transferring the facade easement on the Kizer <br />House from HPC to Indiana Landmarks. <br />10 December Met with homeowner at 847 Forest to add to Agenda for installation of a wood <br />fence. Wrote Staff report and sent to Commissioners. Finished reports for Suzanne Stannis. <br />Completed research on 541 N. Ironwood. <br />11 December Code meeting for 417 W. Navarre. The owner's rep didn't show. They were <br />assessed a $5,000.00 civil penalty. Discussed the prospects of this house with Randy Wilkerson. <br />Participated in the last Green Ribbon Commission meeting which will set the Agenda for the <br />quarterly meetings in 2015. <br />12 December Web meeting at the Troyer Group in Mishawaka: CJ. Cunningham and Chris <br />Waidner of Troyer, myself, Ashley Thomas -Historic Structures Reviewer from DHPA and Mary <br />Kennedy -Cultural Resources of INDOT. The meeting was to discuss the impact of Granger <br />Paths, phase 2 on the Metzger House on Adams Road. The Metzger House is a SJC local <br />landmark. Follow up phone call from Sheila Redding on her proposal to landmark 541 N. <br />Ironwood as a Coquillard residence. Staff could find no evidence that the house was ever <br />occupied by a Coquillard family member. The house is located in Coquillard Woods subdivision <br />of South Bend. Meeting with Mark Telloyan to review Agenda for meeting. <br />
