South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - September 19, 1997 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 445 S. Meade. <br />(Timothy D. Hancz) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,700 as of March 31, <br />1997. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked if Timothy D. Hancz <br />is the same person who has been subject to <br />a number of code violations. Ms. Kolata <br />answered that it was. <br />Ms. Schwartz also asked if the Certificate <br />of Waiver was prepared after a very <br />careful inspection was conducted of the <br />property located at 445 S. Meade. Ms. <br />Kolata responded that she was sure there <br />had been an inspection but she would <br />double check with the Bureau of Housing <br />and asked that this item be continued to <br />the next meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded TABLED ITEM 6.F. <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission tabled item 6.f. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1349 S. Dubail. <br />(Daniel J.
