Jefferson Blvd. <br />(Geraldine Johnson) <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the loan to <br />Geraldine Johnson is in the amount of <br />$6,850.00 at 0% interest for 10 years with <br />monthly payments of $57.08. The grant is <br />in the amount of $6,655. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 1144 <br />W. Jefferson. (Geraldine Johnson) <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 922 N. Olive. (Marjorie <br />Shelton) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the loan is in the <br />amount of $3,750 at 0% interest for 8 <br />years with monthly payments of $39.06. <br />The grant is in the amount of $3,577.75. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 922 <br />N.
