13. Heritage Tours -Working with John Wibbens of Riley High School German American Partnership to ' <br />make arrangements for the privately scheduled tour. Coordinating logistics of tour day. <br />14. Downtown South Bend, Inc. First Friday's -Correspondence with Purple Porch and Bicycle Gallery, a176 <br />their liaison. <br />15. Then & Now downtown tours -none. <br />16. Redevelopment Commission -Preview agendas. <br />17. North Shore Triangle Archives -Follow up with Anne Montgomery. Provide copies for one more house. <br />18. Attend a 2 -way streets presentation as it relates to Leeper Park and HPC. <br />19. Attend County Commission meeting in which they appointed a new Commissioner. <br />20. Trip to Elmer to make observations for a requested potential historic district. <br />21. Touring Masonic Temple of Scottish Rite with Steve and Catherine. <br />22. Attend Visit South Bend Mishawaka's Industry Partner meeting at newly renovated LaSalle Kitchen <br />and Tavern. <br />23. Working with County Commissioner office Staff to make a scan of the 200 page Roseland History <br />book on loan by Joan Sporleader. <br />24. Phone call with Sarah Heintzelman of Community Investment regarding.... Sending an email..... <br />Meeting with Sarah Heintzleman and Chris Fielding of Community Investment regarding a pilot <br />deconstruction program. <br />25. Preparing copies of lists for Bill Lamie of Alliance Architects of Addresses Within Local Districts, Local <br />Landmarks County and South Bend, and National Register listed properties. <br />26. Participate in webinar that ended up being entirely about replacing windows in historic buildings — <br />thanks to Marvin for the sponsorship. <br />27. Meeting with Mike of Mendoza College of Business regarding community outreach and potential <br />partnerships. <br />28. Researching Bernhard Neitzel for his grandson calling from Arizona. He built Odd Fellows, Riverview <br />Cemetery Gatehouse, Firehouse #6, and his own house at 713 West La Salle. <br />29. Studebaker #84 -Meeting with Shane Fimble to learn about a new potential partnership. <br />30. On a request from Indiana Lincoln Highway Association, looked into the whereabouts of the US 31 <br />Indiana Territorial Line marker that was erected in 1966. Through St. Joseph County Engineer Jessica <br />Clark, the marker is in safe storage until construction is complete and it will be reinstalled in a nearby <br />location. <br />31. Ford Distributing Building -Fielding concerns from Chapin Park neighbors. Sending invitation to <br />General Membership meeting to Chapin Park facebook group and HPC members. <br />2 <br />
