River Bend -Preparing copies from the file for 609 Riverside Drive. 3. Staff Reports - a. 1231 East Wayne 2013-1007 b. 1033 Riverside Drive 2013-1007A 4. Routine Maintenance Exclusions -none. 5. National Register - a. City Cemetery -Looking into what needs to be done to submit nomination. 6. Attend 09.16.2013 meeting. Prepare draft of September meeting minutes and forward to Commissioners. Revise as requested. Print minutes from September meeting for October meeting. 7. Restore Michiana Series 2010-2011 Window Restoration Production -Working on broad marketing plan. Preparation of 15 sets (Manual, 2 -disk DVD) to be shipped to Indiana Landmarks in Indianapolis to be sold during National Preservation Conference. Restore Michiana Series 2013 -Updating calendar on www.RestoreMichiano.com. Marketing for monthly events. Prepare follow up surveys. Refunding a cancellation. 9. Internships -Complete and mail out Intern Resolutions. Update _Internship BINGO (master projects list). Interview potential Interns. Oversee and offer guidance for the following projects: a. Grant, Resource Center Archivist -Preparation of an IndianalNTERNnet Intern Award nomination and submit. b. Naomi, Marketing -Introducing Naomi to the available projects. c. Michi, Special Project -Meeting with Michi to discuss a potential project with the Notre Dame chapter of American Institute of Architecture Students. Correspondence with Michi and Greg Kil. Proposing a second project for consideration. 10. St. Joseph County Postcards -Working with Michelle to receive better quality images. Preparing the list of potential Authorized Wholesalers. Preparing marketing piece to invite wholesalers. 11. City Cemetery -Tour St. Paul's Church in preparation for presentation. Prepare presentation for Near West Side neighborhood group. Presentation for Near West Side n'hood at St. Paul's Church. Attend Common Council Community Relations committee meeting at O'Brien. Presentation for REAL Services Foster Grandparents program at Charles Black Center in La Salle Park.
