Inquiries on the School house on SR 4 in Liberty <br />township. <br />25 September Follow up letter to Mr. Klaybor from Isaak Walton concerning <br />presentation. Attended Convention and Visitor's Bureau Partners luncheon. <br />26 September Meeting with Krista from DTSB. The "new Tamara" . Organizing <br />a bus tour for October with Jitin Kain for his Department. Drafted In -Line transfers for <br />2013 spending. <br />27 September Routine Office work. <br />30 September Personal Day <br />1 October Board of Commissioners approved HPC's In -Line transfers. <br />Meeting with Sarah Heintzelman and Chris Fielding at HPC concerning the <br />Deconstruction Program Community Investment Department is working on developing <br />and hoping for a funded budget in 2014. <br />2 October Follow up appointments with HR Sharon Forte. DHPA is now on <br />Facebook. <br />3 October Followed up with Code on burn out at 201 Marion. Attended mandatory <br />Diversity Training from 9:00-1:00. <br />4 October Reconciled Location Report for September and resolved issues with <br />Auditor's Office on the Special Gift's accounts. <br />7 October COA application deadline day. Begin Staff Reports and Agenda for <br />meeting. <br />8 October Elicia Vacation Day. Routine Office Work. Attended Commissioners' <br />meeting for travel approval for Staff to go to Conference in Indianapolis. 106 Reviews. <br />9 October Prepared Staff Reports for October meeting. Meeting with Craig Taelman <br />on 1105 E. Wayne Street. Letters for Nick Surak of Englewood Group looking at Ford <br />Distributing and surrounding addresses to their Housing Directions LLC assuring that <br />property not landmarked or in a historic district. <br />10 October Attended Redevelopment Commission meeting that was suppoed to <br />address the Hoffman Hotel but didn't. Attended the Vacant and Abandoned Housing <br />Task Force Meeting. Meeting with Craig Taelman to finalize details for 1105 and finish <br />the Staff Report. Completed Packets for mailing. Eight 106 Reviews for demolition. <br />Attended reception for the Rushton Apartments at Tippecanoe and then toured the floors <br />at the Rushton. <br />
