Remove enough concrete to allow for placement of posts on outside wall to support <br />deck of screened in porch. <br />2. Remove cedar board and batten from 3 exterior walls of home. <br />3. Install R -30 faced insulation to floor. <br />4. Frame floor using 2x8's, 16" on center. Install 5/4" x 6" cedar deck boa rds to entire <br />floor of screened in room. <br />5. Frame walls using 2x4's, 16" on center, framing in for 1 -3'0 "x6'8" storm door and <br />-3 /-32"x48" triple track storm windows. Install 1 /2" O.S.B. sheeting to both sides of wall. <br />6. Install 1 exterior light by storm door, 1 outside G.F.I. outlet, and 1 ceiling fan with <br />light kit. Homeowner to supply light fixtures. <br />7. Frame roof flat matching existing. Rafters to be 2x8's, 16" on center with W decking. <br />Match 3" ISO board insulation and TPO roofing membrane. All overhangs to match <br />existing. <br />8. Insulate wall using R -11 faced insulation. Insulate ceiling using R -19 faced insulation <br />while leaving room for air flow. <br />9. Install aluminum soffit to ceiling. <br />10. Install %" plywood paneling to all interior walls. Homeowner to pick out paneling. <br />Allowance per sheet to be $25.00. <br />11. Install 1 -3'0 "x6'8" Larson storm door. Homeowner to choose color, style, and handle. <br />12. Instalk triple track storm windows, approximate size to be 32 "W x 48" tall. <br />Homeowner to choose color of track on windows. <br />13. Clean up and remove all debris from site. <br />14. Secure all necessary permits. <br />Total For 10'x 16' Screened In Porch - $16,067.44 <br />
