PROPOSAL <br />The Grunwell-Cashero Co., Inc. proposes to furnish all labor, material and <br />equipment to complete the following items of work at the Avon Theater, 307 S. <br />Michigan St., South Bend, Indiana. Our prices include all necessary permits, <br />fees and insurance. <br />Or)tion 1 <br />Remove and salvaae all terra cotta veneer units from the fagade. Prior to <br />removal, the fagade is to be photo -documented, with all units to be inventoried <br />and original locations recorded. Units to be palletized, shrink-wrapped and <br />removed from the site for storage at the St. Joseph County Public Library storage <br />building approximately one -block south. <br />Total cost $69,189.00 <br />Option 2 <br />Remove and revair as necessarv, all terra cotta veneer units. Prior to removal, <br />the fagade is to be photo -documented, with all units to be inventoried and original <br />locations recorded. Repair includes only the re -attachment of all loose or broken <br />sections of individual terra cotta units. Units to be palletized, shrink-wrapped and <br />removed from the site for storage at the St. Joseph County Public Library storage <br />building approximately one -block south. <br />Total cost $88,690.00 <br />Option 3 <br />Remove and repair as necessary includina glaze and spall repairs, all terra <br />cotta veneer units. Prior to removal, the fagade is to be photo -documented, with <br />all units to be inventoried and original locations recorded. Units to be palletized, <br />shrink-wrapped and removed from the site for storage at the St. Joseph County <br />Public Library storage building approximately one -block south. <br />Total cost $107,190.00 <br />
