The photo below shows the concrete slab in the area of the overhead vehicle door. <br />The original wall on this end of the garage most probably extended an additional <br />three feet toward the right of the picture. The crack in the driveway probably shows <br />the original width of the driveway, with the portion to the left being added at a later <br />date. Although not visible in the photo, there is evidence of fasteners that were used <br />to bolt the sill plate of the wall to the slab. Based on witness marks on the slab, I <br />believe the original vehicle door was 8 feet wide.
