She had contacted her neighbors across the street to keep an eye on these guys who were now vacuuming the paint chips and putting down the plastic. Received phone call from Joan D -K at 4:50 about new window replacements at 802 Leland. Contacted the Ryna Management Company 312 265 8398 informing them of the work and the lack of building permits and COA approvals.
