11 April . Office. Sent Erica Warren the legal notice for the West LaSalle Street <br />Public Hearing. It will be published on 17 April. Mailed Transportation Grant application <br />for overnight delivery. <br />12 April Office. Received e -mail from Rev. Williams that his vision for Marquette <br />School as a Senior Center is off the table because the School Board will not make any <br />decisions concerning Marquette until later this year. E- mailed Kathryn Roos about the <br />Abandoned and Vacant Housing Task Force meeting on 18 April in Room 1308 —open to <br />the Public. Waiting for response on the time. Played referee between Public Works and <br />the East Wayne Street people. The light will not go up for about a month because of city's <br />-- - -- Commitment to state projects. Look at Erasable Year at a Glance calendar options for <br />Office <br />13 April Office. Prepared RMEs, Location Report and Director's Report for HPC <br />meeting. Met with John Roxy of 519 S. St. Joseph Street, approved RME for in kind roof <br />work and siding replacement. He is also on the Code Hearing docket for 17 April. He <br />also mentioned that the owner of 721 LWE was walking away from the property and <br />moving the Thailand -South Bend too expensive to live in and taxes too high. Responded to <br />Gary Gilot's e -mail on the EWS light issue. <br />
