8. RMS 2010-2011 Window Restoration Production -Follow up with WNIT regarding expected <br />completion date. Begin dissecting HOW Script down to match the footage and correspondence <br />with Grass Roots Media. <br />9. RMS 2012-Correspondance with potential partners regarding next years programming, including <br />Olde Century Colors and Historic New Carlisle. Meeting at Olde Century Colors to discuss potential <br />partnership. - <br />10. Internships -Filing miscellaneous stuff and condensing future filing. Expanding Intern projects to <br />choose from. Registering for Indianalntern.net. <br />a. Resource Library Books -Working with Rachel on labeling and categorizing. Devising a re - <br />shelving plan. <br />b. Resource Library Flat Files -Review spreadsheet. <br />c. Local Landmarks -Review spreadsheet. <br />d. Preservation Specialist -Discussion with Wayne and Steve about HPC enforcement <br />improvements. <br />e. Files by Subject -Correspondence and interview a prospective Intern. Meeting with Hannah <br />Blad to go over the potential projects and discuss her resume. Working with Hannah to start her <br />project. Further research on subjects to be expanded, as identified by Hannah. <br />11. Then & Now: A Downtown South Bend Architecture Walking Tour -Organize notes taken over the <br />course of the planning process and create a tour guide manual for personal use (that can later be <br />used to create a docent training manual). <br />12. Studebaker/Bendix Heritage Trail -Committee meeting at Studebaker. Full group meeting at <br />Studebaker. Downloading Dropbox. <br />13. City Cemetery records digitizing project -Phone call with Steve Nemeth catching up. Invite South <br />Bend Area Genealogical Society to participate in this effort. <br />14. Downtown South Bend, Inc. First Fridays planning -Attend full group meeting to brainstorm on <br />themes for each month next year. Correspondence with Marketing team to set a meeting. <br />15. HPC Marketing - <br />a. WSBT Deals -Monitoring and promoting the sale and distributing surveys to buyers. Quantity <br />of 25 maximum (24 sold to date). <br />b. Magnet -Designing a magnet for owners in LHD and LL to be ordered at the end of the year. <br />Obtaining bids for approximately 1000 quantity. Offering DTSB to include promotional material in the <br />mailing in exchange for a portion of the postage charge. <br />c. Meeting with Colleen Bormann of the Convention and Visitors Bureau regarding HPC <br />marketing and future collaborations. Review CVB tourism grant. <br />16. St. Joseph County Archives -Presentation to the South Bend Area Genealogical Society about <br />HPC. Invited *to present at a future SBAGS meeting. <br />17. Bowman Cemetery headstones repair -Correspondence with DHPA, Jeannie. Correspondence <br />with Steve Nemeth at Parks regarding headstone procedures. Date set for Jeannie to visit South <br />Bend. <br />18. Researching history of Hepler Street as requested by Jane Thompson. <br />19. Researching a property at 523 LaSalle as requested by Anthony Panepinto. <br />2 <br />
