NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />L continued.... <br />Jon Hunt stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of July 11, <br />1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda, and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 602 E. Haney. (Lorene <br />Fowler) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1215 E. Calvert. <br />(Dennis & Janice Papczynski) <br />Jon Hunt stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,213.90 as of February <br />1, 1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda, and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1215 E.
