I agree the troyer group will be submitting the COA ON our behalf. I will be installing the
fence. Moving the current one closer to the road and adding to it... according to the drawings as it will be 46 feet
from the center of the road and approx 26 ft from the home. The lilacs will be relocated by their landscaper and
bush in front removed... I acquired the fence from Niles cemetery who indicated it dated around 1910
Again thank you
Mike Wheeler
13271 Adams road
Granger, IN
-----Original Message -----
From: Catherine Hostetler <CHOSTETL@co.st joseph.in.us>
To: mwhl44@aol.com
Sent: Fri, Apr 29, 20114:00 pm
Subject: Troyer's COA
Mike, 1 picked up hard copies of the proposal and COA application from Troyer and I think their proposal looks
very good and sympathetic to your home. They signed and submitted the COA with the drawings/photos that you
have.
Please e-mail me a brief note stating that Troyer is submitting the COA on your behalf with your consent. If there
is a problem, please let me know as the deadline is Monday.
Thank you and have a wonderful week's end
Catherine
Director,
Historic Preservation Commission
of South Bend and St. Joseph
County, Indiana
574 235 9798
