Director's Report December 2011 22 November . Prepared approved COAs and mailed to homeowners. Elicia, Wayne, Steve and I met with Shane Fimbel COO of Global Access located in Union Station and Kevin Smith, owner of Union Station about future work planned for and around the landmark and possible future partnerships with them going forward. Arranged with Public Works for the HPC to use Room 1308 in 2012 for Commission meetings. 23 November Employee meetings with American Fidelity for 2012 Medical Insurance. Composed letters for homeowners on problem properties. Met with Elizabeth Adey.for about air hour in the Office, she is still very upset about the denial of her COA #2011-1107A and she. requested a list of what the Commissioners' expect with a CUA requesting window replacement. 24-25 November Thanksgiving Holidays. 28 November Additional Employee meeting with AmericanFidelity. Worked on the Lasting For Elizabeth Adey and needed the verbatim Minute for the letter to her which is to be sent. to Larry Meteiver for review. Worked on potential In -Lane transfers in 2011 Budget to meet Elicia's magnet project goals and replace the toner for the color printer with Hewlitt Packard products instead of re -manufactured toner that keeps exploding. 29 November Presented Ordinances and Out of Transfers approved by the HPC 7 November to the Land Uses Committee of the ST. Joseph County Council. All the requests were sent to the Council with favorable recommendations. 30 November Turned in fees collected in November and sales proceeds from Survey Book sales. Continued to work on 2011 statistics for various reports. Finalized In- l.ine transfers for County Commissioners. Submitted Purchase Orders to encumber funds for December usage of gas and various supplies. 1 December Submitted In -Line transfers prior to noon deadline. Prepared for Wayne Doolittle's Open House at 4:00. Spoke with Stan Molenda about the landmarked Hay Fane that we received- complaints about again. He referred me to Brian Haygood in Code to follow up. 2 December E-mailed Brian Haygood with particulars about the Hay Farm on Johnson road. Completed 6 106 Reviews for City Grants and 11 106 Reviews for City Demolitions. Met with Kurt Garner about the changes in the plans for the addition proposed for 113 West North Shore. Reconciled the Location Report for November and balanced with Office's ledger.
