C1n11., items supplied and installed by Peacock & Companv or work <br />completed by Peacock & Companv will be covered by our two (2) near <br />tivarranty. <br />Terms <br />30% Down <br />35% Upon completion of demolition work. <br />30% Upon completion of Granite top installation. <br />Balance due upon completion. <br />3) 3 -SEASON ROOM <br />Demolition and Modification of Existing <br />We will remove existing windows; door; knee walls; wall material from <br />house to corner columns (concrete floor to header beam) and corner column <br />to corner column (concrete floor to header beam). Existing ceiling will <br />rernain intact. <br />Walls <br />The walls will be conventionally built using 2x4 studs set 16" on center <br />sandwiched between a single treated base plate and a single top plate, with <br />R-13 insulation installed in all open stud pockets. There will be 7/16" <br />oriented strand board (OSB) applied to the exterior walls along with a layer <br />of Tyvek house wrap. Paint grade trim will fill in the unfinished areas <br />around the new windows while cedar shakes will be installed below the <br />windows to match the existing siding as closely as possible. <br />Interior Walls and Ceiling <br />We will install 1/2" sheetrock (using glue and fasteners) to the walls only <br />and finish them with tape and three (3) coats of joint compound.
