Terms <br />30% Down <br />35% Upon completion of House demolition work. <br />30% Upon completion of Garage demolition work. <br />Balance due upon completion. <br />2) KITCHEN <br />Demolition and Modification of Existing <br />We will remove existing flooring (including rear entryway) down to the <br />sub -floor; countertops; s ink/faucet/disposal; glass block windows; all of the <br />appliances; all base trim; kitchen door casing; old wainscoating; ceiling <br />scribe. Items that will be removed, reworked and reinstalled: 1) The Oven <br />Cabinet will be made to house a microwave/trim kit on top with drawers <br />filling in the remaining hole. 2) The Soffit Cabinet Doors (18) will be cut to <br />allow glass inserts. 3) The Valances (2) will be cut to eliminate the <br />scalloping. <br />Walls <br />The walls where the glass block has been removed will be framed in, <br />insulated,, drywalled and cedar shake sided on the exterior (to match the <br />existing as closely as possible. <br />Electrical <br />We will supply the following electrical work: <br />• One (1) single pole switch <br />• Two (2) gfci duplex receptacles <br />• One (1) microwave circuit <br />• Install approximatelt 20ft of low voltage led lighting strip for under <br />counter lighting (led low voltage lighting supplied by owner). <br />Unless specifically stated. all herht fixtures and bulbs are to be -purchased <br />separately by the customer.
